We will seek to address not only the barriers to timeline diagnosis, but also address the need for expert care, effective treatments, and how these can impact patient outcomes. Faculty which includes a physician, nurse practitioner, and patient representatives who will present findings from the ASPIRE study group that documents the impact of stress and anxiety among NMOSD patients along their diagnostic journey, as well as insights that describe barriers to timely diagnosis.
