ECHO MS implements the evidence-based hub and spoke ECHO model™ to create a dynamic learning community between MS expert hub teams and community based MS healthcare providers. The National MS Society operates three hub teams in three time zones: Eastern, Central and Pacific. The hub teams facilitate 12 interactive video conference sessions over a six month cohort. In other words, ECHO MS is a consistent virtual MS grand rounds that provides you with a collaborative network of MS specialists without leaving your office. Each session features a brief didactic and thorough patient case presentations and discussions. MS healthcare providers earn 12 CME and gain knowledge, skills, and capacity for MS specialty care. As a result, patients are able to receive care locally and providers gain news skills in the diagnosis and management of MS.
