Community Wellness Program Models for People Living with MS

This Clinical Course would cover different models in delivering wellness for people living with MS. The course would highlight the type of information and interventions delivered to better form community and decrease social isolation. It would also highlight how the community programs can be a part of or extension of comprehensive care for people living with MS. Learning Objectives: 1. Participants will learn the importance of wellness interventions in a comprehensive care approach for people living with MS 2. Participants will be able to identify different models of community wellness programs for MS 3.
