Registration/Check-In
The registration desk is located in Concourse C, street level of the Charlotte Convention Center.
Registration will be open:
- Tuesday, May 26: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, May 27: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Thursday, May 28: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday, May 29: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Ground Transportation from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)
Ride App vehicles (Uber/Lyft)
App-based rideshare services are located on the Departures/Ticketing level (upper level, inner lanes, Zones 1–3).
Taxis
Taxi service is available curbside on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level. An attendant is on duty to assist passengers from 6:45 a.m. – 12:15 a.m. Passengers may prearrange to use any taxi service provider, and there are four taxi companies available through the Airport’s taxi queue: City Cab, Crown Cab, Green Cab and Yellow Cab. These companies are evaluated annually to ensure all taxis have a GPS system, credit card technology, and adhere to guidelines set forth by CLT.

MEETING APP
The 2026 CMSC Annual Meeting App is now available. Search for ‘CMSC Meetings’ in your app store. Open the app and select the 2026 event. Enter your name and the email address you used to register. A verification code will be sent to enter the app. Additional details, including sub-session, will be added as the conference approaches.
ABSTRACTS
Abstracts will be available on the mobile app starting on May 24th. Platform presentations and posters will be available to everyone on our website at www.mscare.org/2026 two weeks after the annual meeting.
Course Attendance
Registration is required to attend pre-conference sessions on May 26 and the world premiere of the documentary Because I Can.
Pre-registration is not required to attend CMSC sessions May 27 – May 29. Session details can be found in the program book you receive at registration, on the mobile app, or by going to our website, www.mscare.org/2026.
Registered attendees will receive information on how to claim credit.
Pre-registration for our independently supported symposia is strongly encouraged. Independently Supported Symposia can be found on the home page of www.mscare.org/2026.
PRESENTATIONS
Hard copies of conference presentations will not be available on site. Many presentations will be available on the mobile app beginning on May 25 and on our website at www.mscare.org/2026 two weeks after the annual meeting.
Printing of hard copies will not be accommodated onsite in support of our efforts to remain environmentally conscious.
Please note: No audio or video recording of sessions will be permitted without prior written authorization from session faculty and CMSC staff.
MEALS
Meals are provided to all registered meeting attendees beginning with breakfast on Wednesday, May 27, and concluding with dinner on Friday, May 29. Be sure to wear your name badge when utilizing buffet lines or snack stations. Consult the meeting app and agenda for details on mealtimes and locations.
All buffet functions will be labeled with dietary information. Should you need a special meal (Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Vegan, Severe Dietary Allergies, Kosher or Halal) and haven’t already let Lori Bennett know, please reach out to Lori at [email protected].
DRESS
Meeting attire is business casual. We suggest you bring a light sweater or jacket as the meeting rooms can be cool.
