MUSIC CITY CENTER
Encompassing 2.1 million square feet, Music City Center is Nashville’s downtown convention and exhibition complex. Along with stunning skyline views of downtown, the complex includes a 350,000-square-foot exhibition hall, 90,000-square-feet of meeting rooms and a 57,000-square-foot grand ballroom.
The center is home to more than 100 pieces of public artwork. During the planning and construction period, the center authority partnered up with an art committee of local art professionals and Nashville citizens to select the pieces that would be featured in the center.

Directions to the Ground Transportation Center:
- Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.
- Follow the sidewalk and pedestrian canopy to Terminal Garage 2. Overhead signs will direct you.
- The Ground Transportation Center is on Level 1.
Metered and Flat Rate Taxis:
Taxis pick up in the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. From the airport, the meter starts at $9 and the rate is $2.50 per mile. There is a flat rate of $30 to the downtown area and an additional passenger charge of $2 when accompanying the original passenger and proceeding to the same destination.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS
It is recommended that international participants apply for visas at least 90 days prior to travel for the meeting. Some consulates may have delays in scheduling visa interviews. If your embassy has a consulate, you can check with the consulate to determine the wait time for an interview.
